Enjoy a romantic dinner at Table 43.1. We’ll be offering the following four course dinner.
First Course
Pink cauliflower soup with seared scallop and celery root pancake
Second Course
Stacked beet salad, yellow beet, radicchio, blood orange, pickled cherries, red cabbage, blue ledge crottina
Third Course
Duck breast with silken parsnips and carrot frites. Cranberry rhubarb compote
or
NY strip with Maple Bourbon glaze scorched carrots and spinach with walnut and cranberry
Fourth Course
Shortbread with white chocolate strawberry ice cream and cacoa lattice
