Duck breast with silken parsnips and carrot frites. Cranberry rhubarb compote

NY strip with Maple Bourbon glaze scorched carrots and spinach with walnut and cranberry

Fourth Course
Shortbread with white chocolate strawberry ice cream and cacoa lattice
