Meet some of Epoch’s artists, enjoy free popcorn, hot dogs, and homemade cookies, and jive to the music of Vermont landscape artist Peter Huntoon and his band. Try your hand at the potter’s wheel with help from Nick Seidner, founding member of Epoch and co-owner of Rising Meadow Pottery in Middletown Springs.
Ken Ahlering will be demonstrating his 40+ years of skill at oil painting. Meet Bob Gasperetti, another founding member and well-known furniture craftsman, as well as glass artist Karen Deets. Over 20 Epoch artisans present work in a variety of mediums: furniture and decorative wood, decorative and wearable fiber, pottery, glass, stone, jewelry, metal, lighting fixtures, brooms and bird sculptures, as well as 2D art work of many types.
