This summer, Stratton will be hosting three separate beer and wine tasting seminars. For a donation online or at the door, you can sit down with Stratton’s food and beverage experts while pairing delicious Vermont cheeses with three different beers and three different wines. Cabot Cheese has added their unique cheeses to make this a workshop you won’t want to miss! At the end of the seminar, you will vote on your favorite pairings.
